Shareholders voted at an extraordinary general meeting with over 99% in favour of the voluntary liquidation of JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets. KPMG Advisory Limited (Linda Maree Johnson, Mark Russell Kelly) were appointed as liquidators; the first distribution of around £21.6 million (≈75.3 pence per share) is scheduled for 17 September 2026, with the final distribution planned for May 2028 or thereabouts. JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets has published proposals for a voluntary liquidation and called an extraordinary general meeting for 27 August 2026. The portfolio has been fully realised; remaining assets comprise £22.8m in cash and £2.9m in receivables against liabilities of £1.3m, resulting in a net asset value of 85.25 pence per share. An initial distribution of around £21.6m is planned for 17 September 2026, with the final distribution due in May 2028; the process is expected to be completed by April 2029.
