    Julius Bär proposes Caroline Kuhnert and Elaine Arden for election to the board of directors; the vote is planned at the general meeting in April 2027.     Julius Bär is launching a share buyback program of up to 600 million francs, which will start in the coming weeks and is expected to be completed within a year. Julius Bär confirmed the closure and has filed an application with Finma to resume share buybacks; the stock rose about eight percent.
