Kazera Global has reached a settlement agreement with Fujax over outstanding claims of around $1.32m; the settlement amount is $1.0m, to be settled with $500,000 in new ordinary shares and $500,000 in cash. Cash payments will be made in five monthly instalments of $60,000 starting at the end of October plus a final payment of $200,000 by 1 March 2027; the settlement shares will be issued at the lower of 2 pence or the 10-day VWAP and will be subject to time-limited selling restrictions. The company is considering a capital raise of at least £500,000 to strengthen the balance sheet; a general meeting to approve this is scheduled for 21 September.
