Kerry Group said Genevieve Berger will become chair of the sustainability committee with effect from 31 July 2026, succeeding Fiona Dawson. Dawson will remain a member of the committee. The committee will consist of three independent non-executive directors: Berger (chair), Dawson and Catherine Godson. Kerry reported volume growth of 3.5% in Q2 2026, slightly above consensus estimates. Adjusted EBITDA for the first half was €558m and the margin rose by 60 basis points to 16.7%. On a currency-adjusted basis, adjusted EPS for H1 increased by 7.9%; the full-year 2026 guidance remains for currency-adjusted EPS growth of 6–10%, with roughly a 3% currency headwind. Free cash flow in the first half was €262m, well below consensus, which the company attributes to working-capital movements and timing-related higher capital expenditures.
