Kyron Capital Group reports operating loss for FY26 and advances restructuring
Kyron Capital Group recorded an operating loss of AUD 30.3m in fiscal year 26 and fund management revenue of AUD 27.1m, of which recurring revenue was AUD 26.1m. The company cut costs by 33%, recapitalized with AUD 125m and reduced its leverage ratio to 54.2%; however, assets under management fell from AUD 5.5bn to AUD 1.8bn. Management announces that in FY27 the focus will be on balance-sheet strengthening, profitability and selective, capital-efficient growth; planned disposals and capital measures are intended to stabilise the revenue base.
