The interim dividend was increased by 2.2% to 19.0 pence; the occupancy rate rose to 97.7% and rent uplifts on new and renewal lettings were 10%. The company raised its guidance for like-for-like net rent growth for FY26 to around 4–5% and expects the upper end of the EPRA EPS range (2–4%).
