LiveOne has again met NASDAQ’s minimum bid price requirement after the required minimum price was maintained for the prescribed number of consecutive trading days. The stock then rose 5.1%. The company views regaining compliance as confirmation of its financial and operational stability and expects a broader institutional investor base and higher liquidity as a result.
