LiveWire has delivered the first production S4 Honcho Trail models to US dealers, initiating the rollout of its mini-moto platform through the dealer network. LiveWire began production of the S4 Honcho Trail and S4 Honcho Street electric motorcycles at the end of May; initial models are expected to reach authorized dealers this summer, with global rollout phased through 2026. The light e‑bikes (about 250 pounds) feature two swappable batteries (3.48 kWh), up to 73 miles of range at 20 mph, a 59 mph top speed and charging times of roughly two hours on 110‑V outlets. The models are produced by KYMCO and distributed through Harley‑Davidson’s international dealer network; the Trail is priced at $4,999 and the Street at $5,499. LiveWire posted an 87% year-over-year revenue rise to $5.11 million in Q1 2026 but missed expectations with a loss per share of $0.09. Operating loss narrowed by 11% to $18 million and operating cash flow improved by more than 25%. After the results, the stock fell 8.79% in regular trading to $1.65, but showed slight premarket recovery.
