Mercurity Fintech has signed a non-binding memorandum of intent with M2M Capital and Chaince Securities to develop an integrated platform for AI-supported valuation and tokenization of private market assets. Initially, a pilot integration of M2M’s valuation platform into Mercurity’s blockchain infrastructure is planned as a proof of concept for real-time valuations and tokenization. The partners aim to build an issuer pipeline within twelve months; the agreement is non-binding.
