Mountain Province Diamonds plans to delist from TSX by July 17
Mountain Province Diamonds said its shares are to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange with market close on or about July 17, 2026; shareholders approved the move at the annual meeting on June 30. Market capitalization is around $3 million at a $0.01 share price; the company carries substantial debt of roughly $335 million and has negative cash flow. Shareholders also approved relocating the registered office from Ontario to British Columbia and authorized fees to Dunebridge under an amended bridge financing. Mountain Province Diamonds reports CAD 65.1m loss in Q1 2026
Mountain Province Diamonds posted a net loss of CAD 65.1 million (CAD 0.31 per share) in the first quarter of 2026, compared with CAD 34.4 million a year earlier. Despite record carat production, revenues fell to CAD 40 million as the average price per carat came under heavy pressure and production costs rose to CAD 50.5 million. Mountain Province Diamonds reports large annual loss, production increased
Mountain Province Diamonds recorded a 2025 net deficit of CAD 279.5m and a Q4 net loss of CAD 151.6m, weighed down by impairments and higher costs.
