The board of directors of NaaS Technologie has amended the stock option plan, raising the maximum number of Class A common shares issuable from 1,144,726,605 to 4,629,191,266. The amendment to the Fifth Amended and Restated New 2022 Share Incentive Plan took effect on Wednesday.
