NANO Nuclear has signed a non-binding framework agreement with Tillman to deploy KRONOS MMR energy systems in Tillman’s planned AI industrial zones in the US. The partners aim for at least 2 GW of nuclear capacity by the mid-2030s and 6 GW by 2040, subject to final agreements, financing and regulatory approvals. Tillman is expected to become NANO Nuclear’s preferred supplier; the agreement includes warrants to purchase common shares worth up to $100 million and an initial allocation of restricted shares with a nominal value of $5 million. NANO Nuclear and Quadrant Nuclear Industries have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to cooperate on the supply of HALEU. The agreement creates a framework for discussions on the delivery and long-term offtake of HALEU to be produced at QNI’s planned Vanguard facility at the Idaho National Laboratory (up to 18 tonnes per year at full capacity). NANO Nuclear reported adjusted EPS of -$0.19 in Q2/2026 versus an expected -$0.68 and revenue of $210,000. The balance sheet remained strong with roughly $580 million in liquidity after $26 million in net proceeds from an ATM program. Management highlighted the NRC’s formal acceptance of the construction application for the University-of-Illinois project, progress on the Kronos microreactor, and the acquisition of STS for vertical integration.
