NextGen Digital closed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement of 2,065,000 units at $0.40 each, raising $826,000. Each unit consists of a common share and one-half of a transferable warrant; whole warrants are exercisable within 24 months at $0.60 and will expire early if the share price is above $0.90 for ten consecutive trading days. In connection with the transaction the company paid $30,820 in finder's fees and issued 57,050 broker warrants at $0.40 (24 months).
