NextSource Materials signs seven-year supply agreement for natural graphite with Syrah Resources
NextSource Materials agrees with Syrah Resources to supply 34,000–68,000 tonnes of natural graphite fine material over seven years for the planned anode plant in Abu Dhabi, with annual volumes tied to production start and qualification approvals. Prices will be adjusted quarterly based on an independent price index; termination deadlines for failure to meet the conditions fall at the end of 2026/2027.
