NIP Group will change the ADS ratio so that one ADS will represent 60 Class A common shares (effectively a 1:30 reverse split), with the measure taking effect on July 6, 2026. Class A common shares remain unchanged; Citibank as depositary will automatically exchange 30 existing ADS into one new ADS and no fractional ADS will be issued.
