The Novem Group reports preliminary revenue of €510.90m for 2025/26 (-5.6%) and adjusted EBIT of €31.80m (-35%), weighed down by weak customer demand in Europe and America and adverse currency effects. The adjustment reduces non-current liabilities by €90.0 million and creates a solid financing base despite difficult market conditions.
