Nusatrip has, effective June 2, appointed Loïc Gautier as CFO, Binglin Yu as CTO and Hongwei Zhang (Neil) as CRO. Gautier will receive an annual base salary of 150,000 USD; Yu and Zhang will each receive 55,000 RMB per month; Zhang’s employment begins on June 20 and is performance‑based. Previously, Wallace Tzi Chun Foo did not take up the originally announced CFO position; Ade Irawan was removed as COO as of June 2, with the company denying any disagreements over operational matters. Trading in NusaTrip shares remains suspended on the NASDAQ while the SEC and NASDAQ review regulatory inquiries and document requests.
