Shareholders of Dalata Hotel Group overwhelmingly approved the recommended cash offer from the joint venture Pandox Ireland Tuck (Pandox and Eiendomsspar). Consortium shareholders voted 100% in favour at a participation rate of 89.34%, while other shareholders voted 99.87% in favour; all seven resolutions at the extraordinary general meeting received at least 97.73% approval. The takeover is to be effected by a scheme of arrangement under Irish law and remains subject to court approval, expected in October 2025; financial terms were not disclosed.
