Peach Property recorded a net loss of €3.6m in the first half of 2026, down from €9.6m a year earlier, despite operational improvements. The strategic portfolio delivered 5.1% higher net rental income on a like-for-like basis and reduced vacancy to 3.3%; adjusted EBITDA rose to €29.9m. FFO stood at €8.9m, and the strategic portfolio comprises 16,220 residential units with a market value of €1.5bn. The average purchase price was 105.2% of the nominal value, with individual amounts ranging between 102% and 107% including accrued and deferred interest.
