Pennon Group reported an EBITDA increase of 55% in H2 2025/2026 and an adjusted operating profit that more than doubled to £326m. For the year ending 31 March, Pennon reported a statutory pre-tax profit of £114.4m after a loss a year earlier, an adjusted EBITDA of £519.2m (+55%) and adjusted EPS of 28.3p (consensus 27p). Susan Davy will step down as planned on 31 December 2025.
