Pharming reported Q1 2026 revenue of USD 72.4 million (-8%) and a share-price plunge after the release. Joenja revenues rose 34% to USD 14.1 million but could not offset a 15% decline in RUCONEST to USD 58.4 million. Adjusted operating income worsened to a loss of USD 4.9 million, and cash and cash equivalents amounted to USD 171.8 million. Pharming reaches operational profitability with 27% revenue increase
