Plug Power confirms progress on revenue, margins and liquidity and expects preliminary Q3 2026 revenues more than 10% above the prior year. For 2026 the full-year guidance remains unchanged at roughly 15–16% revenue growth, and gross margin is expected to improve. Net cash outflow in the quarter was about $28 million, cash and cash equivalents at the end of September were about $134 million, and no new financing measures were undertaken. Plug Power secures 280-megawatt supply contract with Arcadia eFuels and becomes preferred supplier for more than one gigawatt

Plug Power has signed a supply contract for 280 megawatts of electrolysis capacity for Project ENDOR in Vordingborg with Arcadia eFuels; delivery will only take place after a final investment decision and the start of construction. A parallel cooperation agreement makes Plug the preferred supplier for further Arcadia projects in Europe and the Americas with a combined potential of more than one gigawatt and grants priority access to manufacturing capacity. The 280 MW were already in the pipeline in 2023; the project is not yet finally approved and the specific revenue impact depends on the schedule and construction clearance.
