    Polaris has agreed to sell a majority stake in Indian Motorcycle to private equity firm Carolwood; Indian Motorcycle will be spun off as a standalone motorcycle business. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2026 and is projected to increase Polaris’ annualized adjusted EBITDA by about $50 million and adjusted EPS by roughly $1.00. Around 900 employees, two U.S. manufacturing sites and a design center in Switzerland will transfer to the new company, while Polaris will retain a small equity stake.
