PRO DV reports preliminary revenues for 2025 of 4,089 T€ (2024: 3,739 T€). EBITDA fell to -175 T€ (previous year: 181 T€) and EBIT to -191 T€ (previous year: 73 T€). In autumn PRO DV took over NETFOX's operating business and invested 194 T€ in remediation and the establishment of an office in Potsdam; structural integration was largely completed in 2025.
