The extension covers a Letter Agreement and a Limited Notice to Proceed between subsidiary Keewaydin Resources and a third party to reserve a plant for Minnesota; exclusive reservation rights remain in place at no additional cost. Pulsar Helium is offering retail investors new ordinary shares via RetailBook at a price of 75 pence per share. The offer is aimed at investors resident in the UK, carries a minimum subscription of £250 and is limited to a total of £1,100,000. Completion is conditional on admission to AIM (expected on 13 July) and a successful accompanying placing with institutional investors. Planned capacity includes CO₂ capture of around 300 tonnes/day and liquefaction of about 940 liters of liquid helium per hour (annually ~8.2 million liters or ~219 million ft³ gaseous). The indicative equipment package costs roughly USD 78.7 million; Pulsar will initially pay a USD 250,000 reservation payment and a further USD 750,000 as a milestone payment within 90 days.
