Pyrum signs first plant purchase agreement for partner plant in the Czech Republic
Pyrum has concluded the first plant purchase agreement for a plant being developed together with third parties. The company will deliver core components and integrate all modules for the production facility in the Czech Republic, which is scheduled to start operations in spring 2028. The contract strengthens the second pillar of the business model (partner plants, mostly with minority stakes) and is likely to give the share a boost. If production of carbon black pellets reaches target levels after the ongoing plant conversion in the third quarter, the share price could rise further. » Más en finanzen.net
Pyrum confirms timetable for pellet production, Q1 revenue doubles
Pyrum reports Q1 revenue rising from €0.5m to €1.0m, but remains below its structural cost base with a negative EBITDA of €-2.4m. The confirmation that the modifications to the new grinding and pelleting plant are to be completed in the third quarter is crucial for reaching target output and achieving a marked improvement in results. Planned further financing measures weigh on the short term, but analysts see an attractive entry opportunity as pellet production rises and new plants come online over the next 24 months. » Más en finanzen.net
Pyrum aims for production breakthrough in carbon black pellets by Q3 and starts roll-out
Pyrum has implemented recycling of end-of-life tires at an initial plant in Saarland and plans to roll out further facilities, partly with minority stakes. Sales rose to €4.1 million but remain below potential; in 2025 a full-year loss of around €10 million occurred due to high structural costs. The bottleneck is pellet production of recovered carbon black, which the company expects to resolve in the third quarter; success would significantly strengthen sales, follow-up projects and the share price. For the current year the company targets revenue of €6.5–9.5 million. » Más en finanzen.net
