Quoin reports from the phase 2/3 study of 4% lotion QRX003: in an interim analysis of six patients, four of six participants (66.7%) reached the primary endpoint of at least a one‑grade improvement on the Investigator Global Assessment scale at 12 weeks (p=0.0087). The key secondary endpoint (Global Impression of Change) was also statistically significant (p=0.0070). Patients showed marked improvements in itch and in the Ichthyosis Area and Severity Index (reductions 31–87%); no treatment‑related serious adverse events or clinically significant abnormalities were reported.
