RadNet reported adjusted EPS of $0.29 for Q2 2026 on revenue of $622.7m, both well above consensus estimates, and posted an adjusted EBITDA quarterly record of $99.7m. Total revenue rose 25% year over year, driven by stronger demand for advanced imaging and a 56.5% increase in digital-health revenue; ARR nearly doubled to $105.5m. RadNet has amended its existing credit agreement and taken on an additional $250 million loan, which is being combined with the existing facility (totaling $1.2087 billion) and matures on April 18, 2031. Quarterly principal payments will rise from $2.4 million to about $3.1 million. RadNet plans to use the funds for acquisitions, organic growth, healthcare partnerships and general corporate purposes.
