Roche reports positive phase II results for the obesity drug petrelintide: participants lost on average up to 10.7% of their weight after 28 weeks versus 1.7% with placebo. The drug showed a favorable tolerability profile and a discontinuation rate due to adverse events of 4.8% in the highest-dose arm, comparable to placebo.
