Rolls-Royce Power Systems: works council sees up to 3,000 jobs at risk

The works council at Rolls-Royce Power Systems warns of a shift of jobs abroad and estimates that in the coming years up to 3,000 of roughly 6,600 positions in the Lake Constance region could be at risk. Employees were told that areas such as finance, HR and warranty processing are to be moved to Poland, and a possible relocation of large development departments to India is also under consideration.
