Rosebank Industries has completed the acquisition of MW Components (ASP MWI Holdings) at an enterprise value of about $950 million; MW was valued at roughly ten times expected EBITDA for 2025. MW Components’ debt was reduced before closing, and Rosebank plans restructurings at MW and at previously acquired CPM to achieve cost savings of more than $25 million within 12 months. American Securities has sold CPM Holdings to Rosebank Industries for about $2.1 billion. CPM, a process-equipment manufacturer headquartered in Blaine, Minnesota, operates 35 sites, employs roughly 1,700 people and is active in markets such as oilseed processing, animal feed, renewable energy and plant-based foods. At Rosebank Industries' annual general meeting, shareholders approved all 15 resolutions put to a vote. Around 79% of the issued share capital participated in the individual votes, and every resolution received more than 96% approval.
