Santhera is extending the exclusive distribution agreement with Biomedica to Georgia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, under which Biomedica will distribute AGAMREE (Vamorolone) in these markets for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy in patients aged two years and older. Santhera will retain a percentage share of net sales according to the original agreement. At the ordinary general meeting in Pratteln, Santhera shareholders overwhelmingly approved all motions put forward by the board. The annual report, the 2025 statutory and consolidated financial statements, and the discharge of the board of directors and executive management were approved; participating shareholders represented 4,838,464 shares (31.31%). A change to the articles increased the conditional share capital for the employee participation plan by CHF 46,500 to CHF 118,272.10.
