The data show sustained improvements in lung function, exercise capacity and quality of life, as well as reductions in biomarkers suggesting normalization of the underlying pathobiology. The oral presentation covers long‑term efficacy and safety; molgramostim is administered by inhalation via an eFlow nebulizer system currently in development.
