Siltronic is issuing new shares amounting to 10% of its share capital and is excluding shareholders’ subscription rights. The issue price will be set after completion of bookbuilding; according to documents the offering is expected to be around €280 million. The proceeds are intended for growth, strengthening the balance sheet and general corporate purposes; the new shares will be entitled to dividends from 1 January 2026 and are expected to be admitted to trading from 19 June.
