Sogefi cuts revenue forecast and stock plunges after quarterly slump

Sogefi reported H1 2026 revenue of €492.5 million (currency-adjusted stable) and a net profit of €18.7 million. In Q2 net profit fell by about 20% to €7.7 million due to one-off effects and tax charges. Management forecasts a revenue decline in the low single-digit percentage range for 2026 and points to low visibility in the automotive market and geopolitical risks, particularly in the Middle East.
