SOL Strategies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire HoudiniSwap for a total of $18 million, payable in cash, a promissory note, stock and warrants. HoudiniSwap generated about $13 million in revenue in 2025 and has processed more than $2.5 billion in transaction volume across over 100 blockchains since launch, with over half of the volume on Solana. The purchase price includes $8.25 million in cash, a $5.75 million promissory note, $4 million in stock and an earn‑out of up to $10 million tied to target EBITDA; SOL Strategies does not plan to sell any of its own Solana holdings to finance the deal.
