Soluna has agreed a co‑mining partnership with Dory Creek (Bitdeer) to provide and install about 28 MW of mining equipment (approx. 1.93 EH/s) in the K1BC phase of the wind‑powered Kati‑1 data centre in South Texas. Commissioning is to be phased beginning in September 2026; Bitdeer will supply and own the Sealminer A2 Pro Air machines, Soluna will provide the site, power and turnkey operations, and revenues will be shared. Soluna has acquired 397 acres in Briscoe County, Texas, to develop Project Dorothy 3, a planned AI computing campus with up to 300 MW of capacity. The site borders the 150‑MW Briscoe wind farm acquired in April 2026 and sits adjacent to Dorothy 1 and 2, enabling behind‑the‑meter access to company‑owned power generation. The larger parcel leaves room for future expansion if additional generation or storage capacity is added.
