Stabilis has signed a ten‑year LNG supply agreement with Carnival to serve cruise operations at the Port of Galveston. Deliveries are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027, subject to financing and construction; Stabilis plans to deploy a Jones‑Act‑compliant LNG bunkering vessel.
