Summit Midstream beats Q2 forecasts and raises full-year EBITDA outlook

Summit Midstream reported Q2 earnings of $0.11 per share versus expected -$0.37 and revenue of $155.01 million (expectation $144.40 million). Adjusted EBITDA rose 12% q/q to $60.7 million; management raised the full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance to $235–255 million. The company increased capex guidance to $100–120 million, reported leverage of 4.1x and is targeting 3.5x within 12–18 months.
