Swiss Prime Site Solutions has appointed an internal successor for the SPSS Investment Fund Commercial (SPSS IFC): Rubina Holzner will assume the CIO role from Maximilian Hoffmann on 1 January 2027, while Hoffmann will lead Fundamenta Group Germany as managing director. Hoffmann built the fund since its launch in 2021 and grew the portfolio volume to over CHF 500 million; both ensure an orderly transition and continuity in fund management. The Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial (SPSS IFC) has successfully completed its fifth capital increase since the IPO. In a 5:1 subscription ratio, 701,926 new shares were issued, bringing the total to 4,211,558 shares outstanding after settlement on 30 April 2026.
