Synectics extends framework agreement with Stagecoach by five years

Synectics has extended its existing framework agreement with Stagecoach by five years. Ocular Integration, Synectics’ system integration business, will continue to outfit new Stagecoach buses with cloud-integrated CCTV systems that support passenger safety, incident management and operational efficiency. Synectics executives buy shares via HMRC-approved employee plan

Synectics said the trustee of the HMRC-approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan purchased 7,672 ordinary shares at £2.93875 each on 1 October after the six-month accumulation period expired. Chief Strategy Officer David Aindow and Group Director of HR Clare Bryan‑Wright each participated in the plan with 306 ordinary shares; Aindow now holds 42,657 shares (0.24%) and Bryan‑Wright 2,850 shares (0.02%).
