Techem said that CEO Matthias Hartmann and CFO Carsten Sürig have left management with immediate effect, without direct successors. The Elevion Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Techem Solutions, significantly expanding its business in decentralized heat supply in Germany. Techem Solutions operates 2,278 energy plants with around 539 MWt of installed thermal capacity and supplies nearly 2,600 households and 150 commercial customers; Elevion aims to offer integrated solutions for heat supply, efficiency and decarbonization from a single source.
