Tenaris has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Artrom Steel Tubes S.A. for €86 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. Artrom operates plants in Reșița and Slatina with an annual steel capacity of around 450,000 tonnes and a rolling capacity for seamless pipes of up to 200,000 tonnes.
