Treatt recorded a 6.5% decline in revenue to £59.9m for the six months to 31 March 2026. Treatt has signed a framework agreement with major shareholder Döhler that places transactions between the two parties on market terms (at arm’s length). Döhler holds around 28% of the shares and receives the right, after consultation and due diligence, to propose a candidate for the board of directors; this right lapses if the stake falls below 25%.
