Ultrapar beats EPS forecast despite revenue decline; record cash flow reduces indebtedness

Ultrapar reported adjusted EPS of USD 0.2448 for Q2 2026, a slight beat versus estimates, while revenue of USD 8.02 billion missed forecasts. Net income rose to BRL 1.677 billion (+46% y/y) and operating cash flow reached a record BRL 4.789 billion, reducing net debt to BRL 8.864 billion and bringing the leverage ratio down to 0.9x EBITDA. Ultrapar Participações sees CPPIB take 4.94% stake as Q1 results beat EPS estimates
