Upland Resources has applied to list its ordinary shares on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US while retaining its listing on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker UPL. No new shares will be issued; the OTCQB listing is intended as an additional trading venue to increase visibility with North American investors and to enable trading in US dollars during US trading hours. Upland is involved in the US energy sector through a partnership with Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the Wild Mustang Federal Unit project in Wyoming, which is described as a gas discovery. Four strategic and existing investors provided £500,000, while directors, executives and the geological team invested around £1.5m. Upland Resources has had 115,000,000 ordinary shares admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange main market; trading begins on 5 December 2025 at 08:00. The admission date for 15,000,000 of these shares was brought forward to 5 December after the Financial Conduct Authority reviewed the application on 4 December. Following the issue, the total number of issued ordinary shares is 1,626,958,048, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for disclosure obligations under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
