Vossloh reports for the first nine months of 2026 a revenue increase of almost 20% to €1,086.8 million and an order intake rise of almost 22% to €1,154.5 million. EBITDA increased moderately by just under 6% to €128.5 million, while EBIT fell to €56.6 million due to PPA effects from the Sateba acquisition. Vossloh expects a weaker Ebit for 2026 due to postponed projects and one-off costs, and is aiming more for the lower end of the €100–110 million range. Oddo BHF confirmed its "Neutral" rating but cut the price target from €66 to €57, citing delayed projects, integration costs and price inflation.
