Yiren Digital has introduced a company-wide AI operating model and a unified framework that enables reuse of modules, models and governance across business units. The architecture includes the large language models Zhiyu and Yizhi, the multi-agent platform MagiCube 2.0, the workflow engine XuanJi and the orchestration layer ZhiNao. Yiren Digital reports operational improvements from using AI agents on the multi-agent platform MagiCube 2.0: manual intervention in receivables collection fell from 45.0% to 24.9% (-20.1 percentage points), and service tickets handled per employee rose from 358 to 525 (≈+47%). In 2025 AI agents handled 81% of service tickets on day one in collections (vs. 50% in 2024); agents are also used in later work stages.
