YIT reports Q1 loss after revaluations and restructuring

YIT posted a net loss of €34 million in the first quarter, mainly caused by fair-value adjustments to non-strategic assets and restructuring costs. Revenue rose slightly to €399 million, but adjusted operating profit fell to €12 million (EBIT margin 2.90%); the operating result was −€18 million. YIT raises annual forecast despite revenue decline thanks to Eastern Europe business
