YOC reports preliminary IFRS figures for 2025: revenue of €37.1 million (up versus the prior year), EBITDA of around €2.4 million (prior year €5.2 million) and a consolidated net result expected at -€0.4 million. The company thus misses its previously given guidance (revenue €39–41 million, EBITDA €4–5 million, net profit €1–2 million). The reasons are a weak fourth quarter, an overall sideways-trending digital advertising market and a reduced gross margin.
